I'm based next to Shepherds Bush tube station (approx 2 mins away) close to Holland Park, West Kensington, Notting Hill and Hammersmith.  I teach all ages and abilities in a hopefully enjoyable and relaxed manner. I have studied violin at the Royal Academy of Music under Professor Igor Petrushevski.I am prepared to travel in central London for an additional fee. (Teaching Level – LRAM (Licentiate Royal Academy of Music)

Qualified teacher of both Violin and Viola. Many years experience in teaching children from ages 7-18. I am new to London and all my experience has been in Australia. Very keen to start teaching in this wonderful city. Have a great reputation at home for teaching, many of my students have done exams with great grades.If you wish to see a reference I am happy to provide one. Currently studying at the Royal College of Music.

 I believe music making should be fun and in an encouraging environment. 

I have taught, and welcome, violinists of all levels and ages, with goals ranging from learning for fun to preparing for exams (grades 1-8). I can teach in English and Russian, was educated in America (Cleveland Institute of Music) and Europe (University of Music, Vienna, Austria) and have solo, chamber, orchestral and teaching experience (Avon Lake School of Music, Cleveland, USA).

I currently play in the first violin sections of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and London Symphony Orchestra.

I am an experienced teacher and performer. I have taught violin at the Royal College of Music JD and at the Royal Welsh College of Music.

Every student is unique, and needs a unique treatment. I revel in learning how to best pass on knowledge to each and every one of my pupils.
